Bhumika Parmar is the Director and Founder of BP Legal Solicitors and also an ambassador for Zinthiya Trust. Bhumika has worked for top legal firms prior to establishing BP Legal Solicitors in 2009. Bhumika has a wealth of experience and strives on determination to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

 

Bhumika specialises in Property matter and has over 20 years of experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Property matters. Bhumika also has expertise in Immigration matters and has led high media cases whereby she has appeared in the media worldwide, including in the newspapers, news and radio.

 

Bhumika also deals with Litigation claims from debt collection to Civil Claims and has succeeded in cases bought in the High Court, one of her cases is now a leading precedent used by training establishments.

 

Bhumika has earned herself a remarkable reputation as a leading forward-thinking Solicitor in Leicester, coupled with her entrepreneurial skills and her motivation, she has expanded her firm over the past years to a reputable and dynamic firm.

Greg Hollingsworth

Vice President

Greg Hollingsworth is the owner and founder of Hollingsworths, a specialist Litigation and Commercial Law Firm.

 

Greg is a graduate of the University of Leicester and trained with a national practice before setting up his own solicitors’ firm in 2000.

 

Greg is the Deputy Vice President and Executive Chair of the Leicestershire Law Society, a Trustee of Sir Thomas White Loan Charity and an Ambassador for local mental health charity LAMP, as well as being a season ticket holder at Leicester Tigers and a Tranmere Rovers supporter.

Chimdinma Emma Nwaigwe

Deputy Vice President

Chimdi is a Commercial Property Solicitor at Geldards LLP.

 

Chimdi is a dual qualified solicitor who began her legal career in 2016 as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria before moving to Leicestershire, UK in 2019 where she was admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2020. Her professional experience covers a broad range of real estate transactions, and her clientele includes public sector clients, charities as well as private businesses.

 

Chimdi is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and is the co-administrator of a group of over 570 Nigerian Lawyers in the UK, providing mentorship and support to Nigerian legal professionals seeking to practice law in the UK. As a member of the Main Committee and Equality & Diversity sub-board of the Leicestershire Law Society (LLS), she has co-organised events to champion and promote equality, diversity and inclusion especially in the legal profession.

 

She is passionate about young people and is the legal counsel of the Sustainable Impact Development (SID) Initiative for Youths, a youth led NGO dedicated to advancing the sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing of young people in Nigeria. She also supports a number of key local initiatives and charities.

Gina Samuel-Richards

Immediate Past President

Gina qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has worked in national and regional firms. She co-founded AGR Law, with the firm receiving recognised status in 2017.

 

Gina specialises in family law. Her practice covers a wide range of applications including matrimonial, financial remedy orders, unmarried couples, children’s law and domestic violence.

 

Over the past 18 years Gina has worked with various charities in the Leicester area, as either a Trustee or Legal Advisor to the board. Gina is also a Member at the Attenborough Learning Academy, helping to guide & support the Trust in delivering great education outcomes for children across the city.

 

Gina is the President of the Leicestershire Law Society and sits on the Executive Board.
