The ten Water Companies of England and Wales will all be offering a standardised Commercial Drainage and Water search from April 2010.

This new standardised search is available nationally, and has been designed from customer feedback to offer 22 questions and answers on all the drainage and water services to a commercial property.

Severn Trent Searches present a 1 hour CPD accredited seminar on the Commercial Drainage and Water Search. As the official provider of the CON29DW Drainage and Water Enquiry and as guardians of drainage and water assets, they are ideally positioned to support customers product knowledge and continued development in this area.

The presentation is accredited by the Law Society and have been designed to ensure they provide a useful insight into the Commercial Drainage & Water Enquiry by using case studies and highlighting real issues raised in search results. It allows conveyancers and their colleagues to be fully prepared in understanding issues of liability and their client’s queries.
