Nelsons Launches Specialist Health & Care Unit

East Midlands’ law firm, Nelsons has launched a specialist team, bringing together lawyers from across the firm who have in-depth experience and expertise in advising and acting for a broad range of organisations in the health and care sectors.
The new Health & Care Unit will provide a practical and seamless service to GPs, dentists, residential and care homes, children’s nurseries and pharmaceutical companies, advising and acting on a range of legal matters from Care Standards legislation, regulations and corporate governance, corporate transactions, partnership agreements and disputes, data protection issues, supply and purchase contracts, property finance and commercial property development, building contracts and claims, professional appointments and warranties, employment matters and commercial dispute resolution.
